本論文主旨在提出一「疊接型順向式電源轉換器」架構。採用一升降壓型轉換器、順向式電源轉換器之輸出電壓與輸入電壓疊接方式,藉此提高轉換器之升壓比與電源轉換效率,並利用耦合電感方式,將磁化能量傳送至負載,有效回收磁化電感能量,因此可減少重置繞阻所佔變壓器繞線窗之體積,達到縮小變壓器體積之目的。文中首先探討常見各類型串接型電源轉換器,其次說明「疊接型順向式電源轉換器」之動作原理及設計考量,並推導其小訊號模型。最後實作一輸入直流電壓24 V,直流輸出電壓48 V,輸出功率144 W之「疊接型順向式電源轉換器」,以實驗結果驗證理論分析。
In this thesis, a single-switch cascoded forward converter is developed. This converter is composed of Buck-boost and forward converter, so it can achieve high step-up voltage gain and transfer magnetizing energy of forward converter to load. First, we introduce various kinds of cascaded converters and describe benefits and drawbacks of them. Then we analyze the operating principle and design considerations of proposed converter, and derive small-signal model for designing feedback compensation network. Finally, a prototype circuit with input voltage 24 V and output 48 V/ 144 W is implemented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed circuit. Experimental results shows that the best efficiency of this proposed converter is 93 %.
