本研究旨在探討轉換型領導、信任、知識分享與員工創造力之影響關係,為達成本研究各項目的,本研究以台南科技工業區進駐廠商的組織成員為問卷發放對象,並採用配對抽樣進行實證資料的蒐集。本研究共於40廠商發放了600份問卷,有效回收問卷共395份,有效回卷率為65.83%。
另一方面,本研究採用SPSS 15.0與Amos 5.0統計分析軟體進行統計分析,使用的資料分析方法包括:敘述統計、驗證性因素分析、信度分析、效度分析以及結構方程模式。
茲將本研究結果歸納如下所示:
1.轉換型領導對信任有正向顯著影響。
2.轉換型領導對員工創造力有正向顯著影響。
3.轉換型領導對知識分享有正向顯著影響。
4.信任對知識分享有正向顯著影響。
5.信任對員工創造力有正向顯著影響。
6.知識分享對員工創造力有正向顯著影響。
The purpose of this study is to explore the influence relatinships among transformation leadship, trust, knowledge sharing, and employee creativity. In order to achieve objectives, this study selects research subjects from rmployees in Tainan Technology Industrial Park. A total of 600 questionnaires were sampled from forty factories, a total of 395 responses were deemed usable for the analyses, a 65.83% usable response rate.
On the other hand, this study applies SPSS and Amos statistical software to analyze the data, and statistics analysis methods includes descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study are summarized as follows:
1.The transformation leadship has significantly positive influence on trust.
2.The transformation leadship has significantly positive influence on knowledge sharing.
3.The transformation leadship has significantly positive influence on employee creativity.
4.The trust has significantly positive influence on knowledge sharing.
5.The trust has significantly positive influence on employee creativity.
6.The knowledge sharing has significantly positive influence on employee creativity.
