在台灣以機車為主要交通工具的使用情境下,共享電動機車成為最具代表性的共享運具類型。然而,在市場競爭日益激烈與使用需求持續變動的背景下,業者如何提升消費者對於共享電動機車持續使用意圖,已成為重要議題。
本研究奠基於Davis (1989)提出的知覺有用性,結合Parasuraman et al. (1988)提出的服務品質五大維度納入外部變數,作為影響知覺有用性的前因,並將Featherman and Pavlou (2003)提出多維度的知覺風險視為知覺有用性與使用意圖的調節因子。藉以探討服務品質、知覺有用性及知覺風險對共享電動機車消費者使用意圖之影響。
本研究以灣兩大共享電動機車品牌 GoShare 與 WeMo 之使用者為研究對象,其中 GoShare回收200份皆為有效問卷,WeMo回收179份皆為有效問卷,共計收回 379 份有效的問卷。實證結果顯示,「可靠性」、「回應性」、「保證性」與「同理心」於兩品牌樣本中皆對知覺有用性具有顯著正向影響,而「有形性」僅在WeMo樣本中達顯著水準,於GoShare樣本中則未達顯著。此外,在「知覺有用性」與「使用意圖」之關係,兩品牌樣本皆呈現顯著正向影響,而「知覺有用性」於兩品牌服務品質與使用意圖之間皆具有中介效果。在調節效果方面,於GoShare樣本中,僅「績效風險」具有顯著調節效果;於WeMo樣本中,「財務風險」、「隱私風險」與「時間風險」皆具有顯著調節效果。
Shared electric scooters have become a major form of shared mobility in Taiwan. As market competition intensifies, understanding the factors influencing consumers' continued usage intention has become important. Based on (Davis, 1989) concept of perceived usefulness, this research integrates service quality (Parasuraman et al., 1988) and multidimensional perceived risk framework(Featherman & Pavlou, 2003)to examine their effects on usage intention
Data were collected from 379 valid questionnaires completed by users of Taiwan's two leading electric scooter-sharing brands, GoShare (n = 200) and WeMo (n = 179). The results show that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy positively influence perceived usefulness for both user groups, whereas tangibility is significant only for WeMo users. Perceived usefulness positively affects usage intention and mediates the relationship between service quality and usage intention. Regarding moderation, only performance risk significantly moderates the relationship between perceived usefulness and usage intention among GoShare users, whereas financial risk, privacy risk, and time risk are significant moderators among WeMo users.
