本研究旨在探討倫理與道德等組織氣候環境及個人價值觀之個人因素對組織人員之組織公民行為之相關性。以理解在欲強化組織成員之公民行為目的下,組織內部應形成之環境為何,及考量到個人價值觀時,組織規章對應之方向為何。研究方法以社會認知理論為基礎,採用問卷方式,對企業內員工及主管進行配對調查,共計回收262份有效問卷,調查結果應用因素及信度分析、描述性統計、差異分析、及線性結構關係模式分析等方法進行,經驗證後修正之自變數為個人價值觀,中介變數為道德強度、倫理氣候,依變數為組織公民行為。實證結果顯示:
一、倫理氣候與個人價值觀的關係為顯著正向影響。
二、道德強度與個人價值觀的關係為顯著正向影響。
三、個人價值觀對組織公民行為無顯著影響。
四、倫理氣候對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響。
五、道德強度對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響。
This article targets on the study of effect of moral and ethic enviromant and personal value on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Through this study we intend to realize how to form a proper organization enviromant to inhance OCB, and, hwo to design rule in the organization to fit personal value. After correcting the structure of study, we define persaonl value as independent variable, moral intensity and ethic climate as mediator and organization citizenship bevavior as dependent variable. This study is based on social cognitive theory, and, collected 262 effective paired questionnaires from companies and enterprices. The data was analysis through factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, multivariable analysis, and linear structure relation analysis. The empirical results show that:
1. Ethic climate and persaonl value have positive correlation.
2. Moral intensity and persaonl value have positive correlation.
3. Personal value has no significant effect on OCB.
4. Ethic climate has positive effect on OCB.
5. Moral intensity has no significant effect on OCB.
