本論文發展了數位情境點餐體驗系統,將無線射頻辨識技術(RFID)、無線藍牙傳輸(Bluetooth)、個人數位助理(PDA)、影像辨識和Server資料庫整合,發展出一套顧客專屬的點餐環境。利用藍牙模組所提供的應用層(Application Layer),建立一套藍牙與PDA和Server端通訊軟體,將顧客專屬資料管理無線化,建立無線系統的整合與創新應用。並利用網路攝影機,搭配影像辨識軟體,讓顧客擺脫傳統點餐模式,透過實體使用者介面 (Tangible User Interface, TUI),讓使用者只需旋轉調味罐就可以選擇觀看所有菜色選單得到所需的數位資訊,再搭配上PDA與Server端之藍牙無線傳輸,顧客所點選之餐點將正確迅速傳送至Server遠端,透過此一系統之應用,能有效迅速掌握顧客資訊,帶給顧客最好的服務。因此,本研究透過手持式RFID CF讀寫器,發展一套立即辨識物品內容並透過藍牙遠端連線傳遞資料系統,提供RFID未來整合應用之雛型。
The proposed digital sentiment ordering experience system integrates a RFID, a Bluetooth, a PDA, an image-recognition system, and personal computer as the database server. Additionally, the proposed system uses Bluetooth communication software, allowing PDAs and the server to transmit customer data wirelessly. This communication software uses an application layer (API) for Bluetooth communication, PDAs and a server to manage customer data wirelessly. This study constructs a wireless system integrated with novel applications. This work uses an internet camera with image-recognition software to disengage customers from traditional ordering processes. By rotating the caster under the table, customers can view and change menu contents and acquire digital information via the application of tangible user interface (TUI). The system enables waiters to easily access customer information via PDAs such the customers quickly know the percentage of personal meal records. The system also provides excellent services for customers according to the personalized content in the system database. Therefore, this study developed a real-time product-recognition handheld system through an RFID CF reader. Furthermore, this system can be connected to remote server and transmit data. This research presents the prototype of the RFID integrated system.
