本研究以理論為基礎,本研究的目的既在探討「知識分享」、「系統建置成效」、「社會防禦」、「組織公平」之關係。
故本研究主題主要探討知識分享對系統建置成效的影響為何,而社會防禦與公平理論又對知識分享意願存在什麼樣的干擾效果,期望藉此研究,有助於組織在亟思如何提升組織知識分享的意願時,有一參考依據。
研究所得之主要目的如下:
1. 知識分享意願高低對於系統建置成效好壞之關係。
2. 社會防禦心態對於知識分享與系統建置成效間的影響。
3. 組織公平理論對於知識分享與系統建置成效間的影響。
In this study, based on the theory The purpose of this study is to explore the "Knowledge Sharing", "Implementing Quality of Information System", "Social Defense", "Organization Fair" of the relationship.
Therefore, this study focused on the theme of knowledge sharing to systems development on the impact of the effectiveness of the social theory of defense and a fair sharing of knowledge and willingness to interfere with the existence of the effect of what to expect this study will help organizations in organizations eager to improve willingness to share knowledge when there is a reference.
The primary purposes of the study are as follows:
1. The will of the level of knowledge-sharing system built for the effectiveness of the relationship between good and bad.
2. Social defense mentality and system for knowledge sharing between the effectiveness of the impact of implementation.
3. Organizational justice theory and system for knowledge sharing between the effectiveness of the impact of implementation.
