Ba (Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 和Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3是一種微波陶瓷材料。其介電特性良好,燒結溫度Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3為1450℃而Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3為1400℃。本論文加入CuO為燒結促進劑,結果顯示Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3添加0.5wt%CuO的量在燒結溫度為1320℃(6小時),有最佳之電特性。(Q´f 為38000, 為31.2, tf為-0.2 ppm/°C。而0.6Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.4 Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3有相同之結構,在添加CuO的量在燒結溫度為1320℃(6小時) ,有最佳之電特性(Q´f 為80000, 為32.46, tf為-20.1 ppm/°C)。
The dielectric properties and the microstructures of Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 ,Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics with CuO have been investigated in the study. Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics without any additions sintered at 1450℃ has a dielectric constant 31,a quality factor Q x f =36000(9GHz) and a temperature coefficient at frequency –44ppm/℃.The ceramics with CuO addition could be densified at 1320℃.The 0.5wt% CuO added sintered at 1320℃ gave dielectric constant 31.2, Q x f =38000(9GHz) and temperature coefficient of –0.4ppm/℃.The dielectric and microstructure of 0.6Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.4 Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 have also been studied. The 0.6Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.4 Ba(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics with x=0.6 sintered at 1240℃exhibit the microwave dielectric properties of dielectric constant 32.5, Q x f =80000(9GHz) and temperature coefficient –20.1 ppm/℃.
