回顧國內外文獻,顯少對於背光模組產業之赴外投資設廠決策有較多的著墨,主要原因在於過去背光模組產業的投資設廠策略,大多以貼近面板廠為主,因此投資決策複雜度相對較低。然而隨著產業供應鏈重組,使背光模組廠之客戶結構也面臨轉變,雖然此變化帶給背光模組廠未來發展的新契機,然而也使其增加投資決策之複雜度及風險度。
鑑於赴外投資設廠決策所需考量的面向眾多,為降低投資風險,因此需以系統化之方法進行。本研究參考背光模組之產業特性,並透過文獻回顧以建立影響背光模組產業赴外投資設廠之內外部環境影響因素,內部環境因素係以波特價值鏈為基礎,外部環境因素則參考常見之商業環境分析模型。在本研究中,第一階段採用模糊德菲法,將初擬之評估構面及準則篩選出重要性較高之影響因素;第二階段則透過模糊層級分析法計算各構面及準則的相互權重,期望藉以瞭解影響背光模組產業海外投資之關鍵因素。
本研究提供背光模組廠較系統化且客觀之海外設廠投資評估模型,期望藉此縮短決策時間並降低投資風險。此外,透過各構面及準則的權重排序,可以瞭解影響背光模組產業赴外投資設廠之關鍵因素,並提供決策者進行海外投資評估之參考。
在實務運用方面,建議可依據本研究之評估構面及準則為基礎,並藉由資訊系統的輔助,以發展完整之投資決策支援系統,期望透過此系統的輔助,提升投資績效。
In general, foreign direct investment is an important issue in all kinds of business, because it is critical to a company’s eventual success and involves many factors that may be conflicting in nature. Due to the change of supply chain in TFT-LCD industry and the intensely competitive environment, foreign investment strategy for Backlight module industry is different from before in the recent years. Therefore, the aim of this study is to model the evaluation of foreign investment for Backlight module industry.
In this study, the evaluation criteria and sub-criteria are determined based on a literature review and some renowned business environment analyses. In addition, this study proposed a combined fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy AHP approach to evaluate foreign investment. In the proposed method, the fuzzy Delphi was employed to construct an evaluation model and establish a hierarchical structure, while the fuzzy AHP was used to determine the weights of the criteria. The purpose of this study is to provide a valuable reference for Backlight module industry in establishing a standardized means of foreign investment and help decision maker to improve the investment performance.
