我們目前生活在一個充滿許多環境、社會和政治議題的世界之中。眾多問題都得以藉由抗議行動而反映民意。不過，對於大自然而言，作為一個無法為自己發聲的沈默受害者，大自然需要得到更多的關注。從二十世紀1960年代環境運動，倡議者們尋求各種方式藉以喚醒公眾對於環境問題的意識。自那時起，各種不同的嘗試都作為倡導之用途。而今日其中一種最為顯著的方式便是透過藝術。通過藝術在觀眾中觸發的情感的連結，藝術行動主義崛起。
藉由歸納整理出一個階段圖表來顯示藝術對於當地居民的意識提升，並且是如何逐漸影響當地社區和居民，本論文的研究者將這個階段圖表應用到台灣高雄市大林蒲的一個受空氣污染影響甚深的案例研究中，以驗證這個階段圖表的正確性，並了解大林蒲案例研究的潛在發展可能性。
本論文呈現了自2012年起至2023年在台灣高雄市大林蒲的一系列藝術計劃。大林蒲主要的環境議題是空氣污染。在收集各項數據（如大林蒲的歷史背景、和大林蒲藝術計畫的藝術家以及當地居民進行訪談）之後，本論文的筆者藉由探討藝術作為空污議題的倡導媒介，並整合了相關藝術家以及大林蒲居民的觀點，替藝術在大林蒲實際的影響做意見統整。儘管大林蒲即將進行遷村，藝術家與部分居民仍持續不懈努力地為大林蒲發聲。

We are currently living in a world with endless environmental, social, and political issues. Many of these issues are reacting through protests. For nature, a silent victim who cannot speak for themselves need more of our attention. From the starting age of the environmental movement in the 1960s, the advocators have sought a variety of ways to awaken the general public's awareness of environmental issues. Since then, different attempts have been used as an advocacy. One of the most significant ways today is through art. While the emotional qualities that art can trigger among its spectators, artivism rose.

Through generalizing a phase of how artivism and gradually affects the local community and the residents themselves, the researcher of this thesis applies the phase to a case study in Dalinpu, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, an area that suffers from air pollution, to verify the phase's correctness and see the case study's potential.

The thesis presents a series of artistic projects in Dalinpu, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, from 2012 to 2023. The major environmental issue in Dalinpu is air pollution. Through collecting all the data, such as the historical background of Dalinpu and interviews with the activist artists who created art to protest for Dalinpu and Dalinpu residents through in-depth interviews, the author of this thesis explores art as a medium for advocating air pollution issues, integrating perspectives from relevant artists and residents of Dalinpu. The study consolidates opinions on the practical impact of art in Dalinpu. Despite the impending relocation of Dalinpu, artists and some residents continue their relentless efforts to voice their concerns for Dalinpu.
