本研究旨在了解國中校長教學領導、學校效能及學校資源困境的影響。使用「經濟合作暨發展組織」（The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development，簡稱OECD）於2018年所進行的教學與學習國際調查（Teaching and Learning International Survey，簡稱TALIS）國中教育階段統計資料進行次級資料分析，資料分析運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析等統計方法探討變項間之相關性。研究結果如下：
一、國中校長教學領導及學校效能屬中高程度，學校資源困境現況上低於平均。
二、學校效能會因校長年資、學校地區、學校規模而有差異；學校資源困境會因學校地區及學校規模有所差異。
三、教學領導與學校效能呈現正相關。
四、教學領導對學校效能有正向預測力。
五、學校資源困境在教學領導對學校效能間並無調節效果。

最後依據以上研究結果，針對教育主管機關、校長及未來研究提出建議事項，以供參考。

This study adopted Teaching and Learning International Survey, TALIS in 2018 by OECD, and the educational statistical data in junior high schools were analyzed from the secondary data to study different backgrounds of junior high school principals including their Instructional Leadership（IL）, School Effectiveness（SE） and Education（School）Resource Dilemma（ERD/SRD）, showing the different situations and differences. The data analysis used descriptive statistics, Independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis to study the relationship between variables. The conclusions of this study are as follows：
Firstly, the overall perception of principals' IL and SE was above average, but SRD was below average.
Secondly, there was a significant difference in principals' years of service, school districts and school scales; SRD was different because of school districts and scales.
Thirdly, there was a positive correlation between IL and SE.
Fourthly, principals' IL had a positive predictive effect on SE.
Fifthly, SRD showed no moderator effect on IL and SE.
Finally, based on the results of this study, we gave suggestions to educational administrative authority, school principals and academic researchers as references.
