  • 1990年間豐田生產系統(Toyota production system)開始被稱為精實生產(Lean product),其中產品開發過程是該生產系統中不可或缺的一個重要部份,直至現今,強大的產品研發能力更是企業成功的基礎,也是現今企業競爭的一大核心。為此,以客供品製程設計為首要考量點,利用精實產品研發(Lean product development, LPD)體系建構製程設計流程,藉以降低樣品試作的失誤率、正試量產後的不符合率及製程成本的浪費。
    源自於豐田式生產的精實創新體系所開發之新製程/新產品,相較於其它的競爭對手在品質上更為穩定、費用較為低廉及量產速度更快。因此,本研究以精實創新-LAMDA學習模型作為研究架構,將開發實際執行過程建置於「無誤系統圖修正型」的流程圖中,並提出作業過程中可能之失敗點且予以改善之建議;而製程設計過程中所累積的知識則進行萃取、整理及保存至所建構之研發知識平台。最後利用深度訪談法深入核心瞭解實際執行狀況,並驗證整個架構是否需要進行調整及修正;期望客供品在進行樣品測試時就著手進行管制,在製程設計階段就將相關資訊進行整合,在下一個階段的作業程序時,以最具效益的生產流程來獲得最大的利潤及收益。

    In the 1990s, the Toyota production system was labeled as a lean production system. Among its production systems, the product development process has become indispensable. Currently, strong R&D capabilities are being regarded as the foundation of business success and the core of business competitiveness. Therefore, the manufacturing process design of customer-supplied products is taken as a primary consideration, to which lean product development (LPD) systems are applied in the building of such designs in order to reduce the error rate in sample trials, the unqualified rate during mass production, and monetary losses incurred in the manufacturing process.
    Compared with processes/products developed by competitors, the new processes/ products developed using the lean innovation system derived from Toyota-style production processes are more stable in terms of quality, are lower in cost, and are faster in terms of mass production. Therefore, in this study, the lean innovation-LAMDA learning model was taken as the research framework, and the actual execution development process in the "modified service blueprint" flow chart was built in order to identify possible failure points in the operation process and to propose suggestions for improvement. The knowledge accumulated in the procedure design process was extracted, organized, and saved to the constructed R&D knowledge platform. Eventually, in-depth interviews were employed to acquire a deep understanding of the actual implementation of the framework and to verify whether the framework requires further adjustment and revisions. Workpieces provided by customers were expected to be controlled at the time of sample testing, and the relevant information was integrated in the procedure design stage. In the next stage of operation, the most efficient production process could be applied to maximize profit and revenue.
