摘 要
在全球化的趨勢下,企業必須善用跨國資源和能量以創造具附加價值之流程,以將分散全球各地之貨物、資訊、財務及工作流程串聯起來,並使其運作流通順暢,而把全球資源作最有效運用,才得以在全球競爭中生存。以紡織產業而言,在我國許多企業其生產及配送往往為兩個獨立的流程,其規劃方式屬於由上而下的循序式規劃系統。企業經常以生產計畫來安排顧客之訂單順序,之後再決定配銷計畫,因此對於產能狀況難以迅速的回饋給產銷系統進行調整或進行。而在全球化之環境中,生產及配送模式將較傳統環境更為複雜,得將生產及配送規劃間之協調整合必須透過有效的資訊轉換,以降低規劃時間及整體規劃成本。
本研究提出一個整合產能需求及配送需求規劃之系統,以共享、交換規劃資訊之方式協調整合生產及配送模式。研究中針對紡織產業需求,並參考先進規劃及排程之觀念修正以往分離式的產銷系統架構,而將生產規劃和配送規劃整合在一起,並對產銷協調進行整合式之考量。研究以混合型整數線性規劃之方法來建構成本最小化之模式,且以某業者為實際案例來實證此生產配銷規劃系統之可行性。
