整體護理乃植基於病人為中心的照護工作，其運作於臨床護理及護理管理的思想和方法。且其乃以護理程序及現代護理觀為指導。因此，護理體系包含有護理程序哲理、責任、行為評價、病人入院護理評估、護理計劃、教育及其他照護工作。因此，能設計及實現一個合適之護理資訊系統幫助護士去完成繁重工作甚為重要。我們嘗試運用資訊科技協助上述所提工作如複雜護理文件、評價及護理紀錄。使護士將更有時間照護病患以提昇服務品質。
　　本文呈現： (1)建立護理e化，協助護理人員從事臨床護理各項事務與決策。(2)以無線系統建立行動護理站。(3) 以ICNP(International Classification of Nursing Practice) 方式進行護理紀錄電腦化。提升全方位服務。

　　An integrated nursing is a patient-based care. It is operated under the idea and method for clinical nursing and nursing management. It is usually directed by nursing process as well as modem nursing opinion. It includes nursing process philosophy, responsibility, behavioral evaluation, nursing judgment to the inpatients, nursing care and education plans and all the nursing care activities. It is essential to design and implement a suitable nursing information system to accomplish the heavy load for the nurse. We try to make use of information technology to assist part of the mentioned work such as complexed nursing documents, nursing judgment and nursing record. Thus, the nurse will have more time to take care of the patients and promote the quality of services (QoS).

　　The paper presents three main topics. Firstly, we try to plan a computerized nursing information system to assist the clinical nursing care and decision. Secondly, we propose to establish a mobile base station with wireless system to help the nursing activities. Thirdly we engage the electronic nursing record by means of the international classification of nursing practice (ICNP) to promote the whole services of nursing.
