國內鋪面抗滑能力因為長期觀測數據缺乏,摩擦力管理機制和維護方式有待建立,本研究於國道3號蘭潭隧道收集並探討最近10年之鋪面抗滑值、鋪面紋理和平坦度等檢測結果。蘭潭隧道於新工階段鋪設剛性鋪面,2001年開放通車後,前後歷經三階段整修方式,依序分別為橫向鋸槽、細紋刨除、及開放級配摩擦層(OGFC)等工法;配合維護工作,本研究進行抗滑值(BPN)及摩擦數(SN)、平均紋理深度(MTD)、和平坦度(IRI)等試驗評估。數據顯示隧道內剛性鋪面施作橫向鋸槽約2年後之BPN值明顯降低,無法有效維持抗滑效果。細紋刨除於初期之BPN值和SN值皆改善,但MTD值之增加則有限,服務4年後,巨觀和微觀逐漸磨損,抗滑力降低,另外,細紋刨除之平坦度IRI值大於3.5 m/km。開放級配摩擦層迄今之BPN值、SN值、MTD值和IRI值等鋪面績效表現良好,OGFC具有同時改善摩擦力和平坦度之成效。鋪面摩擦力管理方式建議先採用高公局之鎖輪式抗滑儀以90 km/hr速度全面評估SN值,篩選改善路段,再以BPN值和MTD值分析微觀和巨觀紋理後,據以選擇整修方式。
Due to the lack of long-term observational data on the anti-skid ability of domestic pavements, friction management mechanisms and maintenance methods need to be established. This study collected and discussed the pavement anti-skid value, pavement texture and flatness of the latest 10 years in the Lantan Tunnel of National Highway 3 . The Lantan Tunnel was paved with rigid pavement at the new construction stage. After it was opened to traffic in 2001, it went through three stages of renovation methods, including transverse saw grooves, fine grain removal, and open graded friction layer (OGFC) in order; maintenance In this study, the anti-skid value (BPN) and friction number (SN), average texture depth (MTD), and flatness (IRI) were tested and evaluated. The data shows that the BPN value of the rigid pavement in the tunnel is significantly reduced about 2 years after the transverse saw groove is applied, and the anti-skid effect cannot be effectively maintained. The BPN and SN values of fine lines removed at the initial stage are improved, but the increase in MTD value is limited. After 4 years of service, the macro and micro wear gradually wear out, and the slip resistance decreases. In addition, the flatness IRI value of fine lines removed is greater than 3.5 m/km.
The open-graded friction layer has performed well so far in the pavement performance of BPN value, SN value, MTD value and IRI value. OGFC has the effect of simultaneously improving friction and flatness. The pavement friction management method is recommended to use the lock wheel anti-skid instrument of Gao Gongju to comprehensively evaluate the SN value at a speed of 90 km/hr, screen and improve the road section, and then analyze the micro and macro texture with the BPN value and the MTD value. Choose the renovation method.
