為了呼應金融全球化與金融改革,台灣在1990年代初期大量開放新銀行申設,金融產業的市場競爭讓未具創新經營能力的銀行出現經營上的問題,加上金融產業的購併風潮,讓銀行的生存更具挑戰性。銀行的永續經營發展中,其本質上即是在尋求對環境、經濟、社會三者之間的微妙平衡,而企業文化是建立永續發展的基礎。據此,本研究旨在以E銀行為研究個案,探討企業文化與企業永續發展的關聯性。
透過深度訪談,研究發現團體式企業文化以及發展式企業文化的運用得以讓企業順利地朝向永續發展的目標邁進,相對的,階層式企業文化以及理性式企業文化的運用對於企業永續發展的推力則較為薄弱。企業文化與企業永續發展的關聯性,係鑲嵌於企業組織對於自身經營目標、對組織成員的認同、以及對動態性產業市場的回應,團體式企業文化與發展式企業文化能夠給予企業更具包容性、積極性的氛圍,讓組織成員能夠持續性的為企業的永續發展而努力。
SUMMARY
The study is to discuss how the corporate culture affects to the sustainable development of corporate, by researching the case of E bank. Through the in-depth interview, the study reveals that group corporate culture and developmental corporate culture are able to help the process of sustainable development of corporate due to both styles provide the atmospheres of tolerance and progression in workplaces, making the members willing to endeavor to the sustainbale development of corporate.
