  • 企業於各個產業環境中,皆難以透過一己之力進行營運,尤其今日之變化更為快速且詭譎,故企業於組織間關係之維繫及鞏固的重要性與日俱增,且在產業變動快速的情況下,企業若僅將策略定義為長期之經營方針,則此有恐難以應對今日之環境變化。因此,本研究之目的在於透過IMP互動與網絡觀點與策略即實踐兩大學術理論之重點文獻回顧作為討論基礎,並選用質性研究方法中的個案研究法做為本研究之研究方法,在資料蒐集過程中,有鑒於本研究欲探討組織間關係的調和,因此選擇與個案企業之高階主管進行深度訪談,使本研究得以獲取初級資料,再加上多方次級資料收集及分析,試圖讓理論與實務間的互動更為緊密,並於最後的研究討論與意涵中,回答本研究於一開始提出的研究問題。

    本研究在個案企業的選擇上,為求符合研究主題之組織間關係的維繫及鞏固,特別選擇一創立之今已超過四十年之老牌蛋商,並與其負責人進行多次深度訪談,暸解其在上任後所面臨的諸多問題,並探討其在此段期間如何針對自身企業所擁有之資源,進行組織間關係的調整,且透過數次的訪談,得以暸解該負責人於日常之行動實踐,進而深究策略即實踐於實務現象中的應用。

    In this study, an egg company in Tainan City was used as an example to discuss how to maintain the relationship between different organizations through case studies in qualitative research. The research focused on the IMP perspective and Strategy as practice in the process of corporate stabilization. In the process of stabilization, the network's relationships have been formed by the interaction of many activities, and furthermore, it has been to consider actors and resources. In the process of research, we also have in-depth interviews many times, to use the viewpoint of Strategy as practice to observe how was the vice general manager does and then can keep the relationships with other companies. The given exploratory research we concentrate on and the problems we faced in the process of an enterprise how to keep the relationships and have good interactions with each other and the countermeasures that can be dealt with are summarized. In the future, no matter whether it is the inter-organizational relationships of a large-scale enterprise or the small and medium-sized enterprises who facing the dilemma, they can be given a partial inspection.
