MaaS(Mobility as a Service),MaaS的主要概念在於將過去各自分散運作的公共運輸甚至是私有運具加以整合。

The government has been promoting the use of public transport for a long time, but the public's willingness to use has not been high. The main reason is that the passengers often need to transfer between different modes, the inconvenience caused by the transfer often makes passengers turn to use private modes.
To enhance the convenience of public transport, the concept of integrating public transport services through information technology has been proposed, called Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Bus system plays an indispensable role in public transport. There is a lack of a new model to measure the relationship between bus operators and travelers after the MaaS platform enters the market. Such a missing part may cause the authorities to face dilemmas in promoting MaaS in the future. As a result, this study proposes a model considering the usage rate and related attributes of MaaS and solves it through NSGA-II, enabling bus operators and authorities to measure bus generalized cost and travelers’ transfer satisfaction by adjusting operating modes and related parameters.
This research provides simulations about bus operators on the generalized cost after joining the MaaS and assesses the impact of indicators of the public transport system on travelers’ transfer satisfaction. It is hoped to provide the strategic basis for the relevant authorities to implement MaaS in new areas. The conclusion of this research has practical implications for platform operators, bus operators, and administrative authorities.
