本研究旨在探討企業文化、社會交換、社會網絡與創新績效之影響。本研究以台灣 1000 大製造業為探討對象,以問卷調查方式,總計發出 500 份問卷,回收了 293 份有效問卷,經 SPSS統計方法進行實證分析;本研究利用「迴歸分析」藉以了解「企業文化」、「社會交換」、「社會網絡」與「創新績效」等構面因素的影響程度。
實證結果發現,(1)企業文化對社會交換有顯著影響;(2)企業文化對創新績效有顯著影響;(3)企業文化對社會網絡有顯著影響;(4)社會交換對社會網絡有顯著影響;(5)社會交換對創新績效有顯著影響;(6)社會網絡對創新績效有顯著影響;(7)企業文化透過社會交換的中介效果對創新績效有顯著影響;(8)企業文化透過社會網絡的中介效果對創新績效有顯著影響;(9)社會交換透過社會網絡的中介效果對創新績效有顯著影響。
The objects of this research are the top 1000 manufacturers in Taiwan.Totally 500 questionnaires were given out, and 293 valid questionnaires were returned.
Questionnaires were distributed for the investigation and the statistic software SPSS was applied for the data analysis. Regression analysis was used in the research to verify the cause and result relationship among organizational culture, social exchange , social networks and innovation performance.The followings are concluded according to the result of this research:
(1)Organizational culture has obvious influences on social exchange.
(2)Organizational culture has obvious influences on innovation performance.
(3)Organizational culture has obvious influences on social networks.
(4)Social exchange has obvious influences on social networks.
(5)Social exchange has obvious influences on innovation performance.
(6)Social networks have obvious influences on innovation performance.
(7)Organizational culture and innovation performance significantly and positively affect through social exchange as an intermediary.
(8)Organizational culture and innovation performance significantly and positively affect through social networks as an intermediary.
