  • 設計透過觀察,可以挖掘人類最自然的行為,從而改變現有作法以符合人性。本研究旨在探討網路平台對於設計觀察的幫助性,藉由蒐集相關文獻建立一個適合網路平台的設計觀察模式,根據此模式建立協同觀察平台,目的為希望:(1)透過系統資料庫的幫助,可以將設計觀察的資料作統一方式的資料庫整理;(2)利用網路平台方式,支援同步異地觀察作業;(3)依靠電腦強大的運算能力,方便資料搜尋與分享。之後以績效量測法與使用者互動滿意度問卷進行系統測試與評估系統單人操作部分以及啟發式估法評估系統多人協同部分,並針對系統做修正。最後並邀請4組觀察團隊透過操作系統平台進行實地觀察,結果發現,系統平台提供的協同作業方式能幫助觀察研究的進行,驗證了本研究提出的網路平台的觀察研究模式,除了達到資料整理以及分散式協同觀察的目的外,經訪談發現,系統平台具有效率提昇、記錄特性、以及互相督促等優點。

    Design through observation, we can get the most natural human behavior, thus to change the existing approach to fit for human nature. Through this research method by observation and interview data collected to do analysis, designed to explore issues of potential users needs, then help designers develop more closely product or service for users. In this study, we develop a cheap, fast, efficient collaborative design model of observation, and based on this model to establish the web platform. We combined with the traditional single interface assessment method and CSCW 7 principles to develop a suitable collaborative systematic assessment method. Finally we invite 4 groups to operate the system and found, through the collaborative platforms practices in the conduct of observational studies can helps the observation process, and also achieves the following purposes: (1) database of information helps design observation quickly and easily; (2) the use of web platform to support cooperative work; (3) rely on computer powerful computing capability, to facilitate information search and sharing. Because the system provides cross-platform way to work together to facilitate the design front-end requires survey work quickly to give great help to designers the follow-up of product and service development.
