  • 本研究旨在探討情緒勞動、情緒耗竭與工作滿意度對工作績效之影響關係,為達成本研究各項目的,本研究以任教於台南市與高雄市私立大學的教師為問卷施測對象,並採用配對抽樣法進行實證資料的蒐集。本研究總計發出200份問卷,回收123份問卷,113份有效問卷,問卷回收率為61.50%。

    此外,本研究採用SPSS 18.0統計分析軟體、調查問卷表進行統計分析,使用的資料分析方法包括:敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信效度分析以及迴歸分析。茲將本研究統計分析結果,歸納如下:
    1.情緒勞動對情緒耗竭有負向的顯著影響
    2.情緒勞動對工作績效有正向的顯著影響
    3.情緒勞動對工作滿意度有正向的顯著影響
    4.情緒耗竭對工作滿意度有負向的顯著影響
    5.情緒耗竭對工作績效有負向的顯著影響
    6.工作滿意度對工作績效有正向的顯著影響

    The purpose of this study is to examine the influence relationships among emotional labor, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and job performance. In order to achieve research objectives, this study selects participants from private university teachers in Southern Taiwan. Meantime, this study takes as the valid 113 questionnaires collected among total of 200 questionnaires dispatch.

    Furthermore, this study uses SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software and Questionnaire to analyze the empirical data. A statistics analysis method includes descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows:
    1.The emotional labor has a significant negative influence on emotional exhaustion.
    2.The emotional labor has a significant positive influence on job performance.
    3.The emotional labor has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction.
    4.The emotional exhaustion has a significant negative influence on job performance.
    5.The emotional exhaustion has a significant negative influence on job satisfaction.
    6.The job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on job performance.
