本研究目的在於探討在工程技術顧問公司或其技師事務所承接業務範圍內,工程師在行業中的工作特性及自身專業度條件下,在與工程師承接的業務是否有工作滿足產生;公司同事間的關係、薪資及奬金、組織領導的支持度對於留任意願探討。在少子女化的今時,要如何留住現有人材及吸引其他行業的專業人士跨領域來加入。
此次問卷採網路問卷全國性發放無區域限制,共發放518份,回收247份,有效問卷為201份,回收率為38.8%。本研究採用SPSS統計軟體為分析工具。資料分析內容為:信度分析、效度分析、獨立樣本T檢定、變異數分析、迴歸分析及調節影響分析。
經由以上統計分析,本研究結果如下:
1. 組織領導對於工作滿意度會產生正向顯著影響。
2. 職場友誼對於工作滿意度會產生正向顯著影響。
3. 工作特性對於工作滿意度會產生正向顯著影響。
4. 職涯規劃對於留任意願不會產生調節影響。
5. 工作滿意度對於留任意願會產生正向顯著影響。
依據研究結果發現提出建議與結論,以作為企業建議及後續研究。
The purpose of this study is to explore whether there is job satisfaction in the business undertaken by engineers and engineers under the conditions of the work characteristics of engineers in the industry and their own professional degree within the scope of a business undertaken by engineering technology consulting companies or their technical firms; the relationship between colleagues in the company Relationships, salary and bonuses, and support from organizational leaders are discussed for willingness to stay. In today's declining birthrate, how to retain existing talents and attract professionals from other industries to join across fields?
This time, the online questionnaire was distributed nationwide without regional restrictions. A total of 518 copies were distributed, and 247 copies were returned. 201 copies were valid, with a return rate of 38.8%. This study uses SPSS statistical software as the analysis tool. The contents of data analysis are reliability analysis, validity analysis, independent sample T-test, variance analysis, and regression analysis.
Through the above statistical analysis, the results of this study are as follows:
1. Organizational leadership has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.
2. Workplace friendship will have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.
3. Job characteristics will have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.
4. Career planning does not have a moderating effect on the willingness to stay.
5. Job satisfaction will have a positive and significant impact on the willingness to stay.
Suggestions and conclusions are put forward based on the findings of the research, as business recommendations and follow-up research.
