近年來在全球綠色趨勢,科技產業競相導入綠色產品管理(GPM)系統,以期能提升公司競爭力,由於電子產業人員對於綠色產品管理系統的使用意圖會影響系統導入的成功與否,因此本研究的主要目的在探討電子產業人員對於所導入之綠色產品管理(GPM)系統之使用意圖,以尋找綠色產品管理(GPM)系統為組織企業所帶來的優勢所在。
本研究利用計畫行為理論、科技接受模式、科技接受模式2之整合理論作為基礎來發展研究架構,尋找影響台灣電子產業人員對綠色產品管理系統之使用意圖的重要因素,以為資訊科技的使用行為做更詳盡的解釋。
本研究透過以上基礎來建立研究架構及假說並設計問卷,之後針對科技產業之員工進行問卷調查,將調查資料以SPSS軟體進行資料處理並透過性因素分析及迴歸分析本研究之架構、假說,研究結果顯示各項指標之數據可作為模型與假說驗證之參考。
最後,本研究根據研究結果發現;態度、主觀規範、認知行為控制能有效預測使用意圖(行為意向),其中以主觀規範的預測力最強,其次是態度,最後則是認知行為控制;認知有用性能間接預測使用意圖;認知行為控制能預測認知易用性;主觀規範能預測認知有用性;認知易用性能預測認知有用性;認知有用性與認知易用性能有效預測態度,且認知易用性認知的預測力較認知有用性高。本研究從使用者面向分析使用者採用綠色產品管理(GPM)系統使用意圖的影響因素,此結果可作為組織企業引進綠色產品管理(GPM)系統時的依據與綠色產品管理(GPM)軟體供應商改善軟體之方向。
In recent year, many enterprises in the technology industry have introduced GPM (Green Product Management) systems in hope of enhancing the competitiveness of the company for the global Green trend. However,users’ use intention of the systems may affect the success of the introduction. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the use intention of internal personnel of GPM systems to find out the advantage of GPM systems for enterprises.
In this study, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Technology Acceptance Model2 (TAM2) and Theory of Plan Behavior (TPB) were integrated to develop tge structure of this research.
The research structure, hypotheses,and questionnaire were designed based on the above foundation. The questionnaire survey was performed on employees in the technology industry, and the collected data were processed on SPSS. Through factor analysis (FA), regression analysis, it was indicated that the statistics of each proposed indicator could be a reference for the verification of the model and hypotheses.
Finally, according to the research results, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control predictive the behavioral intention. Subjective norm has the strongest predictive power among above, than attitude, and the least perceived behavioral control. Perceived usefulness can predict the behavioral intention indirectly. Also perceived behavioral control can predictive perceived usefulness and subjective norm can predictive perceived ease of use. Perceived ease of use can predict perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use can predict attitude effectively. The research results could serve as a reference for enterprises planning to introduce GPM systems and also a direction for GPM software providers to improve their software systems.
