In modern busy life, people tend to have more and more mental stress. Many people like to listen music for relaxation, but only a few of them know the effect of music on their body. In this research, we design a system to evaluate the relaxation condition of human during listening music.
In this study, we measure multiple physiological parameters (such as Electrocardiogram, Heart rate, Heart rate variability and Poincare’ plot) to evaluate the effect of music on human relaxation. In the experimental results, we adopt fuzzy theorem to integrate physiological parameters and personal preferences. The purpose of this study is helping user to choose appropriate music to improve the imbalance of autonomic nervous system which caused by mental stress.
