  • 本研究嘗試在新市場環境下,探討價值共創是否能有效應用在太陽光電系統產業發展實務,面對往下游轉型成發電系統之開發、整合、建設,太陽光電產業發展需要多方資源整合,因此以「價值共創」角度探討利害關係人之互動關係,以及如何使利害關係人達到共創並形成服務生態系統,以致於達成團隊績效目標。
    本研究將透過質性研究的單一個案研究法,深入探究「茂捷公司」,結合價值主張、價值共創與服務生態系統之相關理論,分析資源整合、互動、服務生態系統的演變過程。本研究對「茂捷公司」之分析結果發現,要成功發展太陽光電發電系統下游市場,要先建立明確的「價值主張」,然後以服務生態系統的觀點思考如何進行資源整合和服務整合,最後共創價值,讓參與其中的所有行動者皆能獲益,並逐漸形成服務生態系統。
    再生能源發展近年來漸受重視,本研究建議在推行太陽光電產業政策時,可以試著用價值共創的觀點思考如何透過政策來集結相關行動者進行資源整合與共享,進而共創價值。

    This study will explore the "Motech Energe Company" through a single case study method of qualitative research. Combine the theory of value proposition, value co-creation and service ecosystem to analysis the evolution process of resource integration, interaction and service ecosystem. The analysis of "Motech Energe Company" in this study found that to successfully develop the downstream market of solar photovoltaic power generation system, we must first establish a clear "value proposition", and then think about how to integrate resources and integrate services from the perspective of the service ecosystem. Finally, creating value allows all actors involved to benefit and gradually form a service ecosystem. The development of renewable energy has been paid more and more attention in recent years. This study suggests that when implementing the solar photovoltaic industry policy, we can try to use the value co-creation perspective to think about how to integrate relevant actors through policy to integrate and share resources, and create value together.
