本研究旨在探討台灣中小企業及部份海外台商企業主的人格特質、創業環境與社會資本對創業績效之關聯性,可作為未來有意創業者之評量參考;樣本發放以台灣北、中、南之中小企業主及部份海外台商企業為對象,每一企業主一份問卷,共發出380份、回收340份,無效問卷9份、有效問卷331份,有效回收率87.10 %。
依據研究架構與研究假設需要,本研究以SPSS與AMOS套裝軟體為實證分析工具,以敘述性統計、因素分析與信度分析、變異數分析、迴歸分析、結構方程式等,針對研究假設逐一驗證。研究結果顯示:
1. 人格特質對創業績效有顯著正向影響。
2. 創業環境對創業績效有顯著正向影響。
3. 社會資本對創業績效有顯著正向影響。
4. 人格特質與社會資本對創業績效有顯著的正向影響。
5. 創業環境與社會資本對創業績效有顯著的正向影響。
6. 不同的創業型態對各構面因素部份有差異。
7. 不同的人口統計變項對各構面因素部份有差異。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the personality traits of Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises and some overseas Taiwanese business owners, entrepreneurial environment and social capital on entrepreneurial performance of the correlation can be used as potential entrepreneurs in the future evaluation of reference; sample issued in Taiwan north,, south of the small business owners and some overseas Taiwanese enterprises every business owner a questionnaire issued a total of 380 copies, 340 of 9 were invalid questionnaires, 331 valid questionnaires were valid response rate of 87.10%.Need based on the research framework and assumptions, the study using SPSS and AMOS software package for the empirical analysis tools to descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis, structural equation modeling, one by one verification for the hypothesis. The results showed that:
1. Personality traits have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.
2. Entrepreneurial environment have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.
3. Social capital have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.
4. Personality and Social Capital (4) significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.
5. Entrepreneurial environment and social capital on entrepreneurial performance has a significant positive impact.
6. Different types of entrepreneurial different part of the various structural factors.
7. Different demographic variables on the part of various structural factors are different
