The purpose of this study is to investigate the high technological industry in Taiwan
with an empirical study of relationships among organizational communication,
technological strategy, technological capacity and innovation performance. The samples of this study collects the high technological industry listed in Taiwan Top 5,000 Firms that published on 2007 by China Credit Information Service,Ltd.
According to research purposes and hypotheses, this research use Factor Analysis
and Reliability Analysis, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis and ANOVA to
analyze, summarize, explain the data derived from questionnaires , and then test
hypotheses by regression models. Finally, we reach/obtain conclusions as follows:
1. The technological diversitifity has the significantly positive effect on technological
capacity.
2. The technological capacity has the significantly positive effect on innovation
performance.
3. The technological diversitifity has the significantly positive effect on innovation
performance.
4. According to the empirical analysis results, mutual influences exist between
technological capacity and technological strategy and innovation performance.
5. The empirical analysis also reveals that mutual influences exist between organizational communication and technological diversitifity and technological capacity.
