  •   遠距醫療會診系統(medical teleconsultation system)的發展在世界上已行之有年,其間功能不斷推陳出新,樣式更亦趨多元。但是,不論是這些新或舊的系統,在使用時都沒有考慮到一個醫師常會遇到的情形,也就是當醫師在進行遠距醫療會診時,需要一個連續性的會診才能產生最終的結論,原因是可能需要病患再去作其他的放射線攝影來取得額外的影像,或討論過程中有某些問題需要其他專門的醫師來共同解決。一般會診系統在遇到這種情形的時候,只能重新邀請與會人員,再進行一次同一主題的會診討論。如此一來,使用者勢必就要重作相同的討論來達到和之前一樣的結果,才可能基於上次已討論過的內容來繼續進行。所以此論文提出一個特殊的連續會診機制,能讓使用者不只能延續同一主題的討論內容,還能迅速回憶起曾經做過的討論與產生的結論。
      另外,在連續會診重播的考量,由於連續會診應視為同一會診來播放,所以本論文設計一個IndexTree 管理機制稱Superior IndexTree Node,來負責跨會診時的重播資訊取得之需求。

    Medical teleconsultation systems has been widely developed and discussed through many aspects. Renovations have been made and rich diversity of styles are available. However, after these old and new systems are referenced, no one consider a special case which physicians occur every so often. Such case exists when a session may need to be con-
    tinued in another discussion because the diagnosis requires other expert or more images for making a concrete conclusion. The ordinary solution is to reserve another session to complete the un¯nished conclusion.Through this way, users have to do the same discussion for generating the same results as before in order to carry on their discussion just
    from that point where they stopped.Consequently, this thesis proposes a particular continuation mechanism for users to carry on their discussion in the continuous diagnostic meeting.
     On the other hand, regarding to the replay system, since all sessions should be treated as one session, this thesis proposes a Superior IndexTree Node management mechanism for managing the variant IndexTrees information and to manipulate the requirement of replay information of crossing sessions.
