  • 2018年被動元件產業因大廠產品線調整、炒作,加上中美貿易戰,被動元件需求明顯轉弱,但在新冠肺炎爆發後,封城、鎖國,促使宅經濟發燒,帶動終端消費產品需求,被動元件之需求呈顯著成長,因此本研究主要探究被動元件產業在新冠疫情前後之營運績效、受影響程度及影響績效的可能因素,以提供產業作為營運策略之參考。
    本研究方法運用DEA資料包絡分析推論被動元件產業各公司之營運理想產出、各公司之參考廠商與業界標竿廠商概況;研究結果顯示,疫情的爆發對於多數企業財務指標間的相關性及財務指標平均數,產生正負不等的影響性,顯示被動元件企業會因銷售產品差異、供應鏈需求等,影響營收狀況。
    因疫情發生後,電子供應鏈斷錬危機,所有品牌皆出現供不應求狀態,因此在疫情期間的供應能力與其營運表現具有高度關聯性,導致疫情爆發後半數公司參考廠商發生巨大變動。
    本研究主要針對國內被動元件產業上市公司之財務績效研究,研究結果可提供被動元件相關企業作為未來營運策略之參考。

    The trade war between China and America effecting many industries supply chain, especially the passive components industry. The COVID-19 outbreak aggravating passive components industry very much. Passive components are used in many important electronic products, like electronic control unit, central processing unit, graphics card, random access memory and many integrated circuit products. Many manufacturers of passive components were affected by the government policy cause COVID-19 outbreak. COVID-19 directly effecting the whole passive components industry. This study aim to know what effect on Taiwan’s passive components industries’ profit when COVID-19 outbreak. Our study collecting 10 listed company in Taiwan’s passive components industry, and analysis four revenue index. This study using Descriptive Statistics, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, One-Way ANOVA and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) to analysis this four revenue index. This stydy found that over 50 percents passive components manufacturer change reference manufacturer after COVID-19 outbreak. COVID-19 outbreak bring different influences to these passive components manufacturer. Future study and passive components manufacturers can take this study as a reference, and change decision timely.
