This research aims to explore the link between entrepreneurial orientation and corruption. The study proposed that all five aspects of entrepreneurial orientation have a negative impact on corrupt tendencies. The study utilised a quantitative approach to gather information, with a sample of 150 bank employees from local banks in Myanmar participating in a survey that focused on five aspects of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and corruption. This research has theoretical implications for managers who can leverage the outcomes to enhance their internal policies and values, recognise EO traits in banking employees, and identify corruptive tendencies among bank employees. Additionally, there is a lack of research on entrepreneurial orientation in the banking sector of Myanmar.
