影嚮GPS定位的品質與衛星的幾何分佈及所接收的的衛星數目有密切關係。在一些定位應用,由於衛星受到遮蔽,會影響著定位的精度。為了解決這方面的問題,可以加入地面上所架設的虛擬衛星所發射的訊號,以取得較多的觀測量,進而改善定位品質。本論文藉由GPS與虛擬衛星訊號的整合,發展定位計算法則,以期改善定位精度。
The accuracy of GPS positioning results is heavily dependent on the geometric distribution of satellites being tracked. However, in some situations, occlusion of satellites may affect the accuracy of GPS positioning. The problem can be addressed by the inclusion of ranging signals transmitted from ground-based pseudolites. The investigates navigation algorithms from a GPS and pseudolite system, It is shown that the positioning accuracy can be improved through the augmentation of pseudolites.
