遠距居家保健指的是將網路科技運用於醫療照護上,使病患在居家環境中,可透過居家保健系統連線至遠端的醫療機構或研究人員,使醫護人員隨時監控並記錄活動中的生理參數。對於居家老人或慢性病患而言,若能透過遠距居家保健系統的照護,不僅可節省往來醫療機構的時間,並可提升醫療資源的利用。
本量測系統由類比訊號量測模組、無線傳輸模組、AVR微處理器模組所組成。由類比訊號量測模組來量測心電圖訊號,再由發射模組調變傳送,接收模組則解調出原本心電圖訊號。微處理器模組則將訊號數位化後,傳輸至電腦的本地端做顯示,並透過TCP/IP通訊協定傳送至遠地端電腦做顯示,以利醫護人員對病人病情的掌握。
根據實驗結果得知,無線量測與即時顯示確實可實現病患不受空間範圍的据束,更可有效的減少病患為了心電圖檢查所造成的不便,並能提高病患安全上的顧慮。
Remote home care mean apply network science and technology to care for the patient, then they can send the physiological parametebe to the medical organization or researcher on internet. The medical personnel can control condition and write down data on time.
senior man alone or chronic patient, if they can be looked after on home care system, so it can reduce time to go to medical organization, and can improve the use of medical resources.
The system consists of analog signal process module,wireless transmitter module and AVR microprocessor module. We can measure the electrocardiogram signal from analog signal process module. Then the transmitter send signal to receiver. The receiver demodulate the original electrocardiogram signal. Microprocessor module can sample electrocardiogram signal, the local terminal computer can receive sample signal. Then we can use TCP/IP communication protocol to transmite the ECG data to the remote terminal computer. Finally the medical personnel can look after patients in advantage.
According to experimental result, Wireless Measurement System and display on time can measure in any where for patients.Effective reduction check for electrocardiogram cause inconvenient and improve patients safely .
