本研究的目的在探討螺絲、帽扣件產業，製程導入標準化模組化生產模式之組織變革對企業所產生的影響。傳統的製程方式行之有年，大部分的扣件業者都採製程流程，一般為一製程一個課單元，例如：成型課、搓牙課。本論文個案公司為突破生產限制，以生產效率提升為目標，進行一系列的改善活動，包含產品分群規劃、作業流程產線化規劃、作業標準化規劃、人力資源職能鑑定規劃等。將不同的產品規格分群，在課內完成所有生產製程，例如：產線課，顛覆傳統的製程模式。在這樣的變動下影響到員工、組織及企業甚大，我們以變革管理理論之變革八大步驟來探討個案公司在變革運行時各流程之處理優劣，並透過各層級人員的訪談及企業實績統計，來探討個案公司之實施成功關鍵因素及成效，期許能將研究成果提供相關產業進行變革、轉型之參考。
本研究得到下列幾項結論：
一、螺絲、帽扣件產業在大環境變動下，我們可透過組織、人員、技術、流程等變革，來尋找提升企業競爭力之契機，並達到永續經營之目的。
二、變革過程中，以變革管理八大步驟進行分析，瞭解員工共識的凝聚是極為重要的關鍵。變革過程中有些步驟是可以預測的，不可低估團隊良好關係、耐心和溝通的重要性。
三、個案公司導入變革策略(包含製程標準化、產品規格產線化、員工技術能力分級及薪酬規劃)，可藉由績效管理關鍵指標(包含營收趨勢、產能、不良率、絕對效率)來證明變革策略的導入具有顯著成效。

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the organizational changes in the screws and nuts fastener industry and the introduction of standardized modular production models in the manufacturing process. The traditional process method has been used for many years. Most the fastener industry a adopt the manufacturing process, which is generally one process and one course unit, such as molding course. The operation of completing one process followed by another process, such as: molding course continues thread tapping class. To breakthrough production restrictions, we set the goal on improving production efficiency, carrying out a series of improvement activities, including product group planning, operation process production line planning, operation standardization planning, and human resource measurement appraisal planning, etc. Divide different product specifications into groups, such as, production line class, subverting the traditional process mode. Under such changes, employees, organizations and enterprises are greatly affected. We use eight steps to improve the transformation management theory to discuss the pros and cons of each process of the case company during the conversion operation. The key factors and effects of the successful implementation of the case company are expected to provide the related industries with a reference for transformation.
In this study, we gradually collected the relevant literature collection of management, sorting out and utilizing the case studies of case companies.
