This research is trying to justify the relationship between employer employee exchange, job satisfaction and job involvement. The moderating concludes family social support and peer social support. The results showed that, employer-employee exchange construct and job satisfaction construct have a positive relation. The job satisfaction construct positively related to the job involvement construct. In addition, support from family was found not to have positive effect on the relationship between employer-employee exchange construct and job satisfaction construct, but social support from peer was found to have positive effect on the relationship between employer-employee exchange construct and job satisfaction construct. In addition, we investigated the relationship between 6 control variables (such as of age, gender, education, income, job tenure and frequency of work) with all constructs in regression models, only three of them (gender, education and income) are showed as partial significant, others are not. The results revealed that the most important element affecting Vietnamese workers are conceivable perception of job involvement.
