2020年初新冠病毒疫情(COVID-19)全球大流行,各國政府開始實施疫情管控,讓原本穩定的全球化分工模式產生混亂,引發全球原物料供應、人才流動及供應鏈物流的斷鏈危機,2021至2022年在疫情持續延燒下,更爆發烏俄戰爭與原物料大漲,加劇全球製造業供應鏈的衝擊,迫使企業紛紛轉向投入資源建置數位技術,藉以強化抵禦衝擊的能力。另一方面,環境與氣候變遷對地球造成的影響日趨嚴峻,國際間開始注重企業活動中是否將對環境的影響納入考量,因此企業在追求績效表現的同時也需要展現環境保護意識。
過去已有針對供應鏈韌性與數位化供應鏈的研究,分別探討了企業能力與供應鏈韌性的關聯,以及數位技術與供應鏈績效的關聯,而在數位韌性的新興思維下,以企業能力的角度探討和數位技術的連結,能否同時賦予企業數位韌性與績效的研究仍較為缺乏,故本研究欲探討企業能力與數位韌性間之關聯,以及數位韌性對企業績效的影響,同時檢驗在具備數位韌性的前提下,環境保護意識對企業績效的影響。
本研究採用網路問卷方式進行,共計回收223份有效樣本,經過Pearson相關分析、因素分析、信度分析和迴歸分析後,檢驗企業的適應能力、協作能力、風險識別能力與大數據分析能力對數位韌性的影響,以及數位韌性對企業績效的影響,並以環保意識做為調節變項,觀察其在數位韌性與企業績效間的調節效果。
研究分析結果顯示,企業的適應能力、協作能力、風險識別能力、大數據分析能力對於數位韌性有顯著的正向影響,數位韌性對於企業績效有顯著的正向影響,而環保意識對於數位韌性與企業績效間不具有調節效果。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between enterprise capabilities of adaptability, collaboration, risk identification, big data analysis and digital resilience, as well as the impact of digital resilience on corporate performance, and to explore the impact between environmental awareness and digital resilience and enterprise performance.
There were 223 valid responses were received. Conducting descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to examine the impact of enterprise’s four capabilities on digital resilience, the impact of digital resilience on enterprise performance, and the moderating effect of environmental awareness between digital resilience and enterprise performance.
The result of the study shows: (1) The four capabilities of an enterprise have a positive impact on the construction of digital resilience, and the order of influence is: big data analysis capability, risk identification capability, adaptability, and collaboration capability. (2) This study provides a clear framework for building digital resilience, and following this framework to build digital resilience proves to have a positive impact on firm performance. (3) As a moderating variable between digital resilience and enterprise performance, environmental awareness shows no significant level, indicating that environmental awareness is not necessarily related to corporate activities and performance.
