雲林麥寮工業港自1997年來陸續發生多起意外,造成碼頭以及船隻的損失,因此本文利用國立成功大學水工試驗所於麥寮港內架設之四支壓力式波高計量測麥寮港內波浪,施測時間為2007年7月至10月,另外配合外海長期連續監測,以了解不同波浪條件對港內波動特性之影響,資料處理方面則是利用快速傅立葉轉換(Fast Fourier Transform)以及小波轉換(Wavelet)進行港內外波浪成份分析,以探討一般西南季風和颱風時期麥寮港週遭之波動特性。
根據分析結果顯示麥寮港週遭示性波高隨著風速的增減而變化,且於施測期間受到颱風侵襲時之波動遠大於一般西南風時期港內的波動情形,尤其當風向為偏南風與港口開口方向一致時更為明顯。在一般西南風之情況下,麥寮港內之波動情形相當穩定,對港口功能造成的影響並不大,而從波譜分析中得知麥寮港內於颱風時期並無明顯的長波產生,且對麥寮港而言,風向對港區內波動特性之影響大於風速所造成之影響。
Because of many accidents taken place in Mai-Liao Harbour from 1997, field measurements supported by THL have been conducted by placing 4 pressure gauges inside the harbour to find out the oscillation mechanisms during July 2007 to October. Moreover, this paper made a comparison between the wave features inside and outside the harbour to investigate the wave characteristics around Mai-Liao Harbour. In data analysis, the Fast Fourier Transform and Wavelet were used to calculate the components of wave.
According to the result of the data analysis, the significant wave heights around Mai-Liao Harbour depend on wind speed and direction. If wind direction comes from southwest, the significant wave heights are become larger than other situation. When the typhoon did not hit Taiwan, wave characteristics in Mai-Liao Harbour was calm. In addition, the result of the spectral analysis shows that there is no long wave in Mai-Liao Harbour.
