隨著科技的進步，半導體與液晶面板製程，氣體種類不斷增加，有鑑於氣體偵測器對工廠運用的重要性，在回顧過往的文獻中，吾人發現探討氣體偵測器在工廠應用的議題上，多集中研究於探討績效評估，而對氣體偵測器相對工廠運用的探討則較少。因此，本研究將透過德菲法及分析層級程序法，以了解氣體偵測器對工廠運用重要因素。
本研究在第一階段首先進行專案篩選，經過執行德菲法及分析層級程序法的問卷調查以後，彙整出最後的結果，發現氣體偵測器對工廠運用重要因素上，有三項構面最為重要，分別是「識別要偵測的氣體和氣體來源」、「環境條件」、「產品功能」。

In view of the importance of gas detectors for factory operations, reviewing past literature, we found that research on factory issues focused more on performance evaluation and less on the use of gas detectors in factories. Therefore, this study used Delphi method and hierarchical procedure method to understand the important factors for the use of gas detectors in factories. In the first phase of the study, the project was first screened, and after conducting a Delphi method questionnaire to compile the final results, the gas detector was used to identify the gases to be detected in the three aspects of the important factors used in the plant.
