本研究主要探討組織成員間的信任關係(情感取向與認知取向)對於知識分享意圖的影響性研究,藉由計劃行為理論(Theory of Planning Behavior)作為研究理論基礎,並探討組織成員間的信任關係是否因為組織成員潛在人格特質(親合性、勤勉正直與外向性)對於知識分享意圖會產生影響以及主觀規範與組織氣候(聯繫、創新與公平)是否對組織成員的知識分享意圖產生顯著影響性。
研究對象為LCD相關產業從業人員,經由抽樣分析有效問卷數257份,套用統計分析軟體SPSS做迴歸分析與信效度分析,證實組織成員間的信任關係與潛在人格特質對於知識分享意圖具有顯著影響性以及組織的主觀規範與組織氣候,對於組織成員的知識分享意圖也具有顯著影響性。

The main purpose of this study is to find the correlation and influence in between the Intention of Knowledge sharing and Trust(Emotional and Cognitive) by using Theory of Planning Behavior as the basis theory to understand if the Trust and the Intention of Knowledge Sharing will be influenced by human personality, Subject Noam and organizational Climate.
Through 257 pcs available questionnaires, after analyzing data by SPSS and found the intention of Knowledge Sharing is obviously affected by Trust. In addition, Personality, Subject Noam and Organizational Climate will obviously affect the Intention of Knowledge Sharing as well.
