  • 台灣企業近年來面臨著嚴峻的經營環境挑戰, 不僅需要因應外部環境的變動,也面臨著內部組織及領導文化的變革。隨著台灣企業接班潮的到來, 經營管理權的交接, 領導風格企業文化的轉換與價值觀的傳承與技術的傳承。這些挑戰若未能妥善處理,恐將導致企業營運不穩、競爭力下降影響到公司未來整體營運與走向。
    面對內外變動的雙重壓力,台灣企業公司營運的掌舵者亟需重新思考整體公司的發展策略。因此公司內部組織的重整, 領導階層與員工建立互信, 如何強化本身領導力, 增加組織與供應商連結關係與如何帶領與鼓勵員工解決問題因應相關挑戰, 這些都是企業營運的重要支柱。公司領導階層與員工間的互信不僅能為企業帶來穩定的供應鏈與優質的產品或服務,更能增加企業的擴大發展的可能。
    本研究聚焦於信任的公司管理階層與員工間的信任關係來帶領企業長遠發展策略之相關性探討,旨在探究有互信的基礎管理階層與員工關係如何影響企業發展策略,並提出台灣企業在外部環境挑戰下的因應策略建議。研究結果證實了緊密的企業管理階層與員工的信任關係有助於公司長遠發展策略之。首先,供應商關係對買方對供應商品質的評估有顯著影響。供應商關係越良好,買方對供應商提供的產品品質評價越高。其次,供應商的感知價值及供應商的道德行為,對信任的供應商關係有顯著影響。最後,信任的供應商關係也對員工產生正面影響,促進企業擴大發展策略的制定和實施。

    The objective of this thesis is to explore how leadership within a firm influences the enterprise’s market performance through the company strategy and logistic innovation by employees’ cooperation. Through research data and surveys, strong evidence emerges regarding the correlations between company leadership and market outcomes. This study focuses on the trust relationship between company management and employees as a guide for long-term development strategies. It explores how mutual trust at the foundational management level impacts overall corporate strategy. The research findings confirm that strong cooperation and trust between management and employees contribute significantly to long-term development strategies. The better the relationship between management and employees, the higher the evaluation of overall company operations and future prospects. In summary, the critical role of leadership in navigating both external and internal challenges. By fostering trust and cooperation within the organization, leaders can drive strategic initiatives and logistic innovations that enhance market performance and ensure long-term success for the company.
