In the post-pandemic era, telework has gradually become a normal mode adopted by many companies, making office locations more flexible. Telework refers to performing work and conducting professional coordination and communication at home or in other non-office locations through the internet or other information and communication devices. To test whether Emotional Stability (ES) affects Occupational Devotion, Work Engagement (WE), and Commitment to the Current Job (CCJ), this study surveyed the working experience and quality of life of 1934 telework workers. These participants included field personnel without a fixed office, freelance clients, and employees engaged in rotational or full-time telework, but excluded mobile teleworkers, and also indicated the moderating role of workload and leisure-time exercise. The results of the study found that under the conditions of telework, the respondents who had a regular exercise habit every week and a reasonable workload showed a positive moderation between emotional stability and occupational devotion. The findings of this study provide new insights into the arrangement between leisure sports and work for Teleworkers, and this study will also provide companies with more flexible adjustments and incentives in formulating policies for employees' Telework.
