Electric vehicles are green and energy-saving means of transportation. They have been selected as environmentally friendly vehicles for energy saving, carbon reduction, and zero pollution in Europe, the United States, and Japan. The main purpose of the Taiwan government’s current annual update of environmental protection and subsidized electric vehicle purchase policies is to hope that Taiwan’s smart electric industry manufacturing plants can develop rapidly..
2020 is a year of decline in the electric locomotive industry. The key factor is Taiwan's Environmental Protection Agency's erroneous affirmative policy of exchanging fuel-powered locomotives and electric locomotives, which has caused a serious blow to the transformation of the green environmental protection industry. Mainly uses planning to understand the key influence factors that affect Tainan residents wanting to ride electric motorcycles. It mainly investigates the residents' understanding of the information on the Taiwan government preferential policies for exchanges and the professional products of electric motorcycles. At the same time, knowledge can be directly used as an external variable of the planned behavior theory to directly use statistical methods for verification. For the research of this master's thesis, it is recommended to use random sampling directly. The samples are mainly residents of Tainan City. The total effective sample number of paper questionnaires and online questionnaires is 300.
The final findings of this master's thesis are as follows:
1. In this study, we can directly learn from the theory of planned behavior. Attitude and perceptual behavior control usually have a greater degree of direct influence on behavioral intentions, and the degree of influence of subjective norms is relatively weak. On the whole, for the three Usually there will be a direct and positive impact on behavioral intentions. This means that under normal circumstances, respondents will directly think that electric vehicles will have an environmentally friendly attitude and correct environmental values and attitudes than fuel-powered vehicles. Interviewees believe that they can use good resources in their lives. Electric locomotives have a positive correlation with respondents’ intention to use electric locomotives.
2. We can directly find from the test results of this study that if residents of Tainan City receive the majority of government subsidies for purchasing electric locomotives, there will be a positive correlation with their intention to use electric locomotives. Finally, the results of this study found that most interviewees would have a positive attitude towards the exchange of environmentally friendly electric vehicles. Finally, this study suggested that if the Taiwanese government promotes residents to exchange for environmentally friendly electric vehicles, it can use the perceptual convenience dimension to implement it. Most of the residents in Tainan City will replace the old ones with environmentally friendly electric locomotives.
