由於社會的快速發展,使現代人常處於高度的壓力之下,因此許多人有焦慮症的症狀,長期影響下容易使免疫系統失調,對身體會造成某種程度的影響,所以如何改善焦慮狀態,就成為現代人必要學習的課題之一。
本論文主要是量測與分析健康者和有焦慮症狀者的末梢血流、指尖溫度與心跳,並做生理參數之間的分析。本論文之實驗系統是以PC為基礎,並將各生理參數之量測模組化,所量測的信號傳至PC中LabVIEW圖控軟體做處理,以找出受測者的生理變化趨勢。本論文亦探討有焦慮症狀者透過遠紅外線艙的照射之後,對其焦慮症狀之影響。本論文之實驗亦配合焦慮量表的填寫來驗證,使結果更具代表性。
Modern people usually live under high pressure due to the rapidly progress in present day. Suffered from anxiety for long time may cause disorder of immunity system and harm body health. Learning how to relax anxiety is an important lesson for modern people.
The thesis focuses on analyze healthy and anxious people’s individual peripheral blood flow, fingers temperature, and heartbeat. Module these physiology parameter based on PC. By processing these data in LabVIEW, find the personnel’s physiology variation. The patients lower their anxiety after exposure under far infrared cabin. To precisely obtain experimental results, we combine the study with anxiety forms.
