本論文提出配電變壓器維護應用程式及施工影像即時監視系統,此配電變壓器維護應用程式之提出,乃有鑑於現行配電設備巡檢系統較為繁雜,變壓器維護效益有限,因此本文研發撰寫適於行動裝置之應用程式,其中涵括四大功能,分別為過載變壓器檢視、變壓器點檢、配電圖資調閱及巡修部門查詢。而為期使遠端監控人員能夠瞭解作業現場情況,本文同時整合網路攝影機、微控制器及雲端服務,實現出具有即時性之影像監視系統,並可由工程人員安全帽之拍攝影像,回傳至雲端服務空間,以供監控人員掌握施工現況。至為確認本文所提系統之可行性,本文已針對配電變壓器維護應用程式及施工影像即時監視系統進行實測,測試結果顯示各項功能皆可符合規劃需求,足以證實所提方法確具實務參考價值。
This thesis proposes the distribution transformer maintenance program as well as the construction monitoring system. It is because that the existing distribution equipment system is complicated and the transformer maintenance performance is relatively limited, the thesis is hence motivated to focus on the maintenance software development for mobile devices. In this mobile device software program, there are four functions included, which are overload transformer inspection, distribution transformer examination, distribution geography information system review, and repair department inquiry. In order to ensure that engineers comprehend the status of construction remotely, the method proposed in this thesis has integrated the webcam, with microcontroller and cloud service so as to achieve a real-time monitoring system, by which the image photographed via the helmets will be able to send back to the cloud service space, thus offering the real status for the supervisors to grasp. To verify the feasibility of this proposed system, several test scenarios have been tested through the developed distribution transformer maintenance program and the construction monitoring system. Test results demonstrate that the functions satisfy the planning requirements, confirming that the proposed method come with practical reference value.
