電子煙作為新興菸品之一,在年輕人之中風行,各國也將電子煙列為菸害防治的重要議題。至於電子煙是否對於「戒菸」有所幫助,或相比捲菸為更健康的選擇,近幾年無論是臨床試驗或系統性文獻回顧,皆未能提出一致的結論。電子菸的問題的確需要受到社會的重視,為深入瞭解國人使用電子菸之行為模式,本研究使用計劃行為理論,探討電子菸觀感、親友影響、政府限制和行銷廣告等預期會影響一般民眾使用電子煙之意願。期能有助於國家推動各項政策之參考,並提供相關數據供產業界使用。
本研究採用量化研究方法(Quantative Research Method),採用滾雪球抽樣法(Snowball Sampling)與隨機抽樣法問卷模式進行問卷樣本收集,並選擇以李克特五點尺度量表來衡量答案類別。所得之資料,使用SPSS 及AMOS軟體進行樣本結構的統計分析。本研究結果證明了一般民眾使用電子煙的意願受到態度的影響最為顯著,。
雖然台灣目前不合法,但實體店面或網路都可以發現電子煙相關商品的販售。電子煙在台灣是否應合法化仍有很大爭議。基於態度為影響一般民眾使用電子煙的意願的顯著因素,政府應提供民眾更多相關衛教資訊,並擬定相關措施,使民眾對電子煙有正確的認知,以利降低吸菸人口,提升人民健康。
As one of the emerging cigarette products, e-cigarettes are popular among young people, and countries have also listed e-cigarettes as an important issue for tobacco prevention. As for whether e-cigarettes are helpful for "quitting smoking", or a healthier choice than cigarettes, whether in clinical trials or systematic literature reviews in recent years has consistent conclusion.
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the patterns of people’s use of e-cigarettes, this study uses a model of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explore the attitude of e-cigarettes, the influence of relatives and friends, government restrictions and marketing advertisements that affect the public’s willingness to use e-cigarettes. This study aims to help the government to promote the effectiveness of various policies, and provide relevant information for industry reference. This research used a quantitative research method. and used snowball sampling and selected the Liker 5 pointer scale to measure the categories of answer. The data obtained from this research questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software to perform data analysis and study mode validation.
The results of this study prove that public’s willingness to use e-cigarettes is significantly affected by their attitudes, and other factors are not significant Whether e-cigarettes should be legalized in Taiwan is stills controversial issue. Because attitude is an important factor that affects the willingness of people to use e-cigarettes, the government should provide more relevant health education information and formulate relevant measures to make people have a correct understanding of e-cigarettes, so as to reduce the smoking population and enhance the people health
