近年來,在工業4.0的潮流下,許多面板公司紛紛在推展智能化,但在推展智能化的同時有許多的作業仍然遵循傳統人工經驗法則在進行。然而在大陸許多大世代的面板廠陸續開出產能,使得國內許多面板廠不得不更重視且願意採用科學的方法或工具來改善生產效益的問題,以增加自有的競爭力,試圖達到生產最佳化的目標。
本研究所發展的模式係屬於一種輔助性的工具,以數學方法,設計一個TFT-LCD產品生產組合最佳化模式,藉由此模式,尋求在市場多樣性產品需求與公司銷售策略及工廠各項有限的產能等多重限制條件下的產品生產組合最佳化。並以國內某面板公司之內部資料進行驗證,本研究之最佳化模式驗證結果較人工經驗模式為佳。本研究可提供業界決策者參考,使TFT-LCD產品生產組合達到最佳化之目的。
In recent years, despite the industry 4.0 trend, many panel makers have been pushing automation, but while implementing automation, many production process still follow the traditional methods which comes from past experience. As more and more panel makers in mainland China have gradually increased their production capacity. Many domestic panel makers are forced to adjust scientific methods or adopt tools to improve the efficiency of production for the better result of their own competitiveness and achievement the optimal maximum production.
The development model of this study is an assistant tool to mathematically design a TFT-LCD production plan optimization model. This model seeks to optimize the production plan of TFT-LCD products under multiple constraints such as market demand for various products, company marketing strategies, and limited capacity. In addition, the verification is based on the internal data of a domestic panel company, and the verification result is better than the manual experience model. This study can provide industry decision makers with a model to pursue optimal the production plan of TFT-LCD.
