在二十一世紀,持續不斷地創新是新經濟時代的基本經營邏輯,創造財富的關鍵,也唯有創新才能使企業得以永續經營,立於不敗之地。此外,這個時代也是「知識經濟」的時代,任何組織要擁有競爭優勢,就必要懂得創造知識並且持續創新,企業勢必也應該跟隨這波社會的脈動積極改進現況、追求創新並重視知識管理這個議題。本研究的目的在探討組織文化、知識管理與組織創新績效彼此的相互關係,並以獎酬制度作為干擾效果,希望藉此研究能提供建議給管理者。
本研究以內湖科學園區、新竹科學園區、中部科學園區、南部科學園區電子業的生產或研發部門之工程師與管理師作為研究對象。共計發放250份問卷,經催收之後總計回收150份,無效問卷19份,有效問卷131份,整體的有效回收率為52 %。本研究方法則是利用因素分析、信度分析、迴歸分析等統計方法藉以瞭解各構面因素「組織文化」、「知識管理」對組織創新績效的影響程度。
實證結果發現組織文化對組織創新績效有正向顯著性的影響。 知識管理對組織創新績效有正向顯著性的影響。獎酬制度會顯著對「組織文化」、「知識管理」與「創新績效」之關係產生干擾效果。最後,本研究根據以上發現與結論提出一些建議。
Incessant innovation has been the foundamental logic for companies to survive in this turbulent environment and it's also the key to the long-term business-running in 21th centry. In this "Knolwedge Economy", organizations have to know how to create knowledge and keep doing innovation job for the purpose of getting the competitive advantage. Keeping up with the pace of quickly socialty-changing evironment and putting the emphasis on the issue of knowledge management is the trend in today's company. The purpose of this thesis is to test if Culture of organization and Knowledge management influence the Innovation of organization, in which whether compensation system acts as a moderating variable or not would also be teseted.
The samples of this thesis targeted at the high-tech industry in Taiwan. 250 questionnaires were delivered by e-mailing and 131 valid questionnaires were returned. The valid response rate was about 52%. We conducted factor analysis, reliability and validity and regression analysis for clarifying the relationship among the variables.
The results showed that knowledge management would influence the innovation of organization in a positive way and compensation system would act as moderating variable in the model. Finally, some suggestions are provided according to the findings and conclusion of this thesis.
