  •   本研究主要針對台電公司區營業處的業務範圍及所對應之資訊系統予以分析其關聯性,並引進「企業應用整合」觀念將目前現有的資訊系統(「配電調度控制系統」、「變壓器設備管理系統」、「用戶與饋線連結分系統」及「配電圖資系統」)依照配電系統之企業流程『變電所饋線→區段→配電變壓器→用戶端』予以整合,且在不影響既有系統之運作下,利用Web技術及三層式主從架構來建置一資訊整合之「配電系統運轉及設備管理網站」,使營業區處內及散佈各鄉鎮之服務所人員,只要透過瀏覽器即可查詢整合後之資訊。
      由於台電公司各區營業處的業務及資訊系統具有同質性,其它區營業處亦陸續移植建置使用本系統,因此本研究成果之實質效益將隨著使用單位的增加而呈倍數成長,對台電公司之營運具有立即性的助益。

      This thesis introduces the integrating TPC distribution system operation and equipments management. First, it analyzes the relationship between district branch business processes with application program, and then it uses the “Enterprise Application Integration” concept to integrate the existing information system including “Distribution Dispatch Control System”, “Transformer Facilities Management System”, “Operation Management Information Subsystem” and “Distribution Geographic Information System”. They contain the enterprise process of power network managed objects such as feeder, segment, transformer and customer. In order to implement the integration unaffected the existing information system, this thesis adopts the web technique and 3-tier architecture to create a website of power distribution system operation and equipments management. The designed system will provide real-time integrating information to meet the requirement.
      There are several TPC branches which are located in different area of Taiwan. The business operations and information systems are run in the same environment. Since the designed system has been run with great operation efficiency in local branch and it also has been duplicated by others to promote their business. As a result, the value of this project can be seen with the growth of large users and rapidly beneficent for TPC business.
