近年來,由於各產業之蓬勃發展,導致用電需求激增,因此如何提供穩定之用電以及維持一定之用電品質,已愈趨重要。而本文之研究主旨即著眼於電力廠區之大型設備監視不易,且需確保廠區人員之安全,因此提出一可行之解決方案,亦即監測系統之開發應用。本研究中係以資料壓縮技術作為監測系統之核心,其演算法為JPEG(Joint Picture Expert Group)壓縮標準,再輔以應用硬體描述語言(Hardware Description Language;HDL)實作於場規劃邏輯閘陣列(Field Programmable Gate Array;FPGA)晶片,藉以提高速度及降低成本,又因考量資料傳送中,需大量廣佈架設及考慮到成本問題,因此,並採用整合無線藍芽技術於網路的架設,期經由跳頻技術之優點以減少干擾,同時藉由藍芽微網路之特性,達成網路之擴充,裨於監測效能之提昇,同時兼顧維繫電力系統運轉與控制上相關工程人員之安全。
With the rapid growth of utility electricity usage in a modern industry, both the stable power supply as well as the electric power quality has become increasingly important nowadays. In view of these requirements, this paper is aimed to provide a solution that not only helps enhance the monitoring performance, but also ensures the operation safety for utility personnel. In this thesis, the core of this proposed approach is data compression that is made based on the standard of Joint Picture Expert Group (JPEG). Then, in order to improve the speed and reduce the development cost, the hardware description language is also employed for the implementation of field programmable gate array (FPGA). Meanwhile, because the data transmission needs the widespread use of the wire connections, the wireless bluetooth technique is also integrated with the proposed scheme such that the cost can be further lowered down, while the interference can be also decreased with the aid of frequency-hopping mechanism. Moreover, the piconet and scatternet provided by the bluetooth technique would help the network expansion need. With the solution approach provided in this thesis, it helps improve the performance improvement of monitoring. In the meantime, the safety of the related engineers in the power system control and operation can be all better ensured.
