在全球化之下，我國企業赴海外投資以成為擴大投資規劃的方式之一。台灣企業在近年來不斷西進投資，除了創造規模經濟同時業能達到跨疆域的貿易活動。本研究主要談討目前台灣投資者赴中國投資，是否因為RCEP東協協定關係，而造成原台灣投資者在中國轉向轉往越南佈局。分析在投資金額及數量是否會因協定而產生影響。以2013年東協十加三簽訂，比較投資前兩年及後兩年之差異性。透過海外投資及經濟指標為樣本，並檢定進行實證研究。

In the internationalization and globalization, foreign investment is fast way for expanding of the Taiwanese enterprises. These enterprises keep moving toward the west of Southeast Asia in these years, in addition to creating economies of scale and trading business. This study focused on the Taiwan investors to invest in China, because the agreements of RCEP ASEAN, resulting from the original Taiwan investors in China move to Vietnam. The research analysis investment funds and investment numbers. Based on the ASEAN agreements of 2013 that compare the results for before two years and after two years. The data was collected from the investment commission and ministry of planning and investment portal that analyzed by hypothesis test.
