SUMMARY
Molecular interaction plays an important role in biological interaction. The interaction between different molecular is complex and needs a platform to represent these complex interaction systematically. This study integrates biological experiments, literature mining and molecular structure to contribute a web server to show the molecular interaction.
We from large databases BioGRID, IntAct and MINT database collect biological experiments to find the molecular relationships. Collect Text-mining to find the molecular relationship from IMID database, and using molecular name and interaction words find the sentence of molecular relationships described in PubMed database text. Collection PDB structure information from the PDB database.
To the solution in a complex relationship between biological molecules, this study proposes a platform for illustrating molecule relations by integrating literature and structural information. Help users to comparing biological experiment of different database, and find the sentence of relationship through literature describing. Our work is freely available on the web at http://merry.ee.ncku.edu.tw/~sky1512/moso/ with all major browsers supported.
This work the platform of illustrating molecule relations can bring users convenient, fast and simple molecular relationship of view of interest, according to biological experiments, literature mining and structural information aspects.
