台灣每年夏秋兩季期間常受到颱風侵襲的威脅,在颱風侵襲期間,造成異常的水位上升,主要是受到異常擾亂的氣象條件所衍生的氣壓和風場變化所造成。
影響颱風暴潮大小之物理機制為氣壓與風剪應力,本文針對氣壓與風剪應力對颱風暴潮所造成的效應,從實測資料分析的結果,配合數值推算結果,以了解颱風暴潮的特性。由實測資料分析顯示,氣壓引起的水位與測站距颱風中心的距離呈一良好的函數關係,為 ,其統計結果A=0.34,B=-0.42,相關係數為0.82。
由數值推算的結果,以颱風西進台灣路徑為例,此路徑造成最大暴潮偏差主要是由氣壓所引起,氣壓的效應隨著距離在空間上呈現指數分佈。當颱風沿東部海域前進時,此路徑造成最大暴潮偏差主要是由風剪應力所引起,風剪應力的效應隨著距離在空間上呈現乘冪分佈。
Taiwan is usually under the threat of the invasion of typhoon during the summer and autumn seasons each year, during typhoon’s invasion period, water level has abnormal rising, this is caused by the atmospheric pressure and wind field change induced by abnormal turbulent weather conditions.
The physical mechanism affecting typhoon’s storm surge is atmospheric pressure and wind shear force, this article is going to study the effect of atmospheric pressure and wind shear force on typhoon storm surge, this article tries to understand the characteristic of typhoon storm surge from the real measurement data and analysis result accompanied with numerical deduction result. The real measurement data shows that there is a good functional relationship between the water level induced by atmospheric pressure and the distance between the measurement station and typhoon’s center, it is , the statistical result is A=0.34, B=-0.42, the correlation coefficient is 0.82.
From the numerical deduction result, take the typhoon’s west-moving toward Taiwan as an example, the maximum typhoon storm surge deviation caused by this path is mainly caused by atmospheric pressure, atmospheric effect forms an exponential distribution in space along with distance. When typhoon moves forward along the east coast, the maximum typhoon storm surge deviation caused by this path is mainly induced by wind shear force, wind shear force effect forms an exponentiation distribution in space along with distance.
